Ready to connect with partners, shape strategy, and grow sustainable solutions? BASF P&SS is seeking a collaborative leader to drive our Beneficial Nematode business and manage key markets in the UK and Ireland. In this role you will be responsible for the following:

Lead commercial strategy and direct sales for the UK & Ireland, with a focus on Beneficial Nematodes and Turf. Develop and execute annual sales plans, budgets, and forecasts; manage pricing strategies and drive targeted price increases. Build and maintain strong distributor and technical networks; oversee strategic and operational activities across the UK & Ireland. Drive market development through end-user engagement, training, and technical support; coordinate with internal teams to ensure aligned execution. Develop the Beneficial Nematode business across EMEA, developing targeted sales strategies and managing key customer relationships. Collaborate with supply chain and strategic account teams to ensure reliable delivery, profitability, and alignment with regional business goals.

WHAT YOU OFFER

Degree-level education in agriculture or a related field; advanced business acumen and strategic thinking. Proven experience in commercial and/or technical roles, with a strong track record in sales, product launches, and account management - ideally within the agricultural or crop protection industry. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and generate product demand. Proficient in business planning, CRM systems, and reporting tools; capable of delivering accurate and timely business insights. Fluent in English; proficiency in a second European language is a plus. Willingness to travel frequently across the UK, Ireland, and EMEA region.

A valid UK driving license will be required for this position. A company car will be provided.
