About the Role
Applications are invited for a permanent full-time Technician role in Psychology, at Goldsmiths University of London. Successful applicants will join a caring and collegial subject area. Our Technical Team provide are an important part of Psychology providing support for research and teaching. Technicians may be involved in developing or maintaining software, maintaining equipment and providing technical support to staff and students.
About the Candidate
We welcome applicants with technical expertise to support research and teaching in Psychology. The post holder will be expected to contribute to:
Design, develop and test software applications
Provide specialist and general support for Psychology teaching laboratories and software
Provide general technical support for EEG, Brainstimulation, eye tracking, virtual reality and associated testing labs
Liaise with Chief Technician to provide and maintain support for the day to day running of research labs, equipment, and software.
