Job Description
We are a well-established, award winning Complementary Therapy Centre in Balham, located a short walk from the station.
We have 6 treatment rooms with over 30 therapists offering over 60 different treatments.
We are looking for a receptionist with previous reception experience (front of house) to work with us.
Hours are as follows:
Thursday 17:15 - 21:45
Sunday 10:45 - 15:15
9 hours per week
Please note the hours are not negotiable.
Receptionist duties include:
Being the first point of contact for clients Booking/amending appointments (via telephone, online, in person & email) Taking payments for appointments Updating Social Media daily (this can be through scheduled posts) Corresponding with and arranging viewings for new potential therapists Looking for new therapists and suppliers Making sure the centre is clean and tidy
Requirements:
Able to commit to shifts mentioned on a permanent basis Lives within 20 minutes travelling distance of SW12 Good time management skills Flexibility with holiday cover (if necessary) Computer literate Work well under pressure Proactive and able to work solo Ideally has experience using social media Ideally has knowledge of complementary therapies
