We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Manage and train kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and effective communication among team members.
Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences through timely service and quality food.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
Assist in the preparation of meals during peak service times to support the team as required.
Qualifications
Proven experience in food production and culinary roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Exceptional culinary skills with creativity in menu development and presentation.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective collaboration with team members and guests.
