We are on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Pub Chef to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the heart of our pub's culinary experience, crafting delicious dishes that keep our guests coming back for more. You'll oversee kitchen operations, manage food preparation, and lead a talented team to deliver top-notch food service in a lively environment. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish. Manage inventory control, including stock rotation and minimizing waste. Oversee food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper handling procedures. Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery of food during busy service periods. Support catering and banquet events by preparing large quantities of food with attention to presentation and quality.

Requirements

Proven experience in food production within a pub, restaurant, or hospitality environment. Strong background in managing food service operations. Familiarity with banquet catering, fine dining standards, and dietary accommodations. Skilled in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning for diverse audiences.
