We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation. Supervise and train kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and professional development. Develop and design menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends. Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in accordance with regulations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Prepare and cook dishes to the highest quality, presentation, and taste. Manage kitchen schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak times.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a Chef or similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in food production processes. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure. A passion for culinary arts with creativity in menu design and dish presentation. Previous experience supervising kitchen staff is highly desirable.
