Front of House Manager / Manageress required for popular local pub Happy Valley Tap & Pizza.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

In this role, your role will be to run the day-to-day operations of the bar and coordinate with the catering kitchen three days per week

MAIN DUTIES:

We would expect you to be confident and comfortable with the following:

- Supervising a small team of Staff - Coordinating the Catering Operation - Being flexible & readily available for absence cover - Hosting our customers and ensuring excellent service standards, both for corporate events and general trade - Opening and closing the bar independently - Stock ordering and taking deliveries - Communication with bookings, via email, phone and social media - Social media posting - vital - Cash handling and till reconciliation - Actively driving sales and using efficient working practices to help minimise unnecessary costs
It is a long working week and a 35 hour contract.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,500.00-26,000.00 per year
