Job Summary

We are looking for a confident pub management team to run a traditional Public House in the Powys area. You must have full experience of all aspects of pub management. stock control, cellar management, catering and cask ales. A Personal licence is required. The position is live in within the pub. You will be responsible for council tax for the accommodation. You will be paid a salary and a profit share scheme will also be offered. You must be of smart appearance and provide check-able references. A Security Bond will be required and will be held against stock. You will be responsible for driving the business forward, keeping standards high and providing a fantastic customer experience. In return we retain responsibility for all repairs, investment, bills, food, drink and property insurance. Immediate start for the right candidates. This is a food led pub so you will need experience and able to run a kitchen as well as a bar. The experience and qualities we consider desirable in order to run this type of business include having good marketing skills to be able to attract local business. You will understand and be able to identify new night time opportunities as well as develop the daytime offer with good food. Good attention to service and standards will be essential.
