Pub Manager

We are seeking to recruit an experienced manager for our Premium Community Pub in Derbyshire , which has been refurbished to a high standard and is now ready for the next chapter in its over 100 year history .

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small family business in Derbyshire , we are small enough to care but big enough to meet the demands and investment that the current market place requires.

About The Role

Ideally you will be from a wet lead background with ambitions and determination to take on a successful business and continue to grow sales through quality customer service and standards.

The pub needs a real hands manager who will hit the ground running and not be afraid to put your own personality into the business and continue to motivate and develop your team. As the site is a community pub we need candidates with the enthusiasm and personality to fit in with the local village community.

You will be given full P & L accountability with input into what's served , and future trading plans. The successful applicants must hold an up to date Personal License, and will also have to have a full DBS check .
