Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our currently wet only pub, The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our pub operates smoothly while maintaining the highest standards.
Duties
Run, Manage and take ownership of the pub Work with staffing budgets & have a great control on takings/spending
Rewards
In return you will see a 70% share of the business profits so it's in your interest to ensure the pub is running efficiently and profitable.
A three bedroom flat above the pub is also available at a heavily reduced cost for the right person
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 24,420.00-72,639.63 per year
Work Location: In person
