Desire Inns is looking for
self-employed pub managers
to join our welcoming pub family. This opportunity is based at acharming Cambridge village pub.
Will undgo full refit in coming weeksIdeal Candidate
We're seeking someone with:
Previous experience
in pub or hospitality management Apersonal license
Cellar training
and strongcask ale knowledge
Experience as afood operator
, ideally with some kitchen skillsWhat You'll Get in Return
Agreed percentage of sales
to pay you and your teamEnhanced seasonal percentage
of sales (January-March)Industry-leading 2% performance bonus
, paid quarterlyAll food, drinks, menus, EPOS, apps, and marketing materials provided

Pay: 40,000.00-60,000.00 per year
