Bar Bliss is looking for a Pub Manager.

We are a bar, with live music, beer garden and special events so would suit someone who has experience in a busy pub. We have lots of regulars as well so looking for someone who love the local pub experience and thrives in a busy environment. As with all the other pubs in the company we are looking for someone to come on board and run the venue as their own and enjoy the freedom that brings. The venue is wet only so would suit someone with experience in these type of units.

Day to day responsibilities will include the following

Managing rotas within unit budgets

Ensure the bar operation is smooth and well managed

Work with marketing department to effectively promote the unit via social media

Monitor stock levels to manage Profit Margins

Help to develop a strong team and create a good working environment

develop a good relationship with local business and groups to help develop the unit

plan and manage weekly/monthly events calendar and liaise with bands to fill schedule

The ideal candidate would have at least 8-10 years of pub management experience in a similar venue and have a passion and drive to deliver great service and manage a fun and busy unit in a prime location within the Kirkintilloch. Candidates are required to have a Personal License.
