Job Summary
As a Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service. Your role will involve supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the pub
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and mentor staff to deliver outstanding service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Implement strategies to maximise efficiency and profitability
Skills
- Managerial experience in Pubs, Bars etc
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Exceptional social media skills
