We are seeking an experienced Manager to assist in the overseing of daily operations in our establishment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a rum, wine, cocktails.

This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising staff, managing food production, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the daily operations of the pub, ensuring smooth service delivery. Lead and motivate a team of staff, including our bar/kitchen staff who all work in both aresa. Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations. Assist in the training and development of all staff. Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menu items that reflect current culinary trends.

Requirements

Proven experience in team management within a restaurant or similar environment. Strong knowledge of culinary practices, including food safety standards. Experience in bartending or cooking is highly desirable. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to make decisions under pressure. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
