Foster a positive team environment through effective team management and leadership. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.

Experience

Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential. Culinary experience with a strong understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques. Previous experience in food safety practices and regulations is highly desirable. Background in team management, demonstrating effective leadership skills. Experience in serving or barista roles is an advantage. Familiarity with hotel operations can enhance your application.
