Pub Manager
Job Description
The George and Dragon is entering an exciting new chapter, and we're looking for a hands-on, experienced Pub Manager to help lead the day-to-day operation of our pub and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
Experience running shifts and managing a team
Confident in training and supporting staff to uphold high service standards
Able to open and close the venue independently
Strong focus on cleanliness and presentation, including all internal areas, entrances, and outside spaces
A natural leader who is organised, reliable, and customer-focused
Knowledge of basic compliance (health & safety, licensing laws, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.50-14.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
