The Plume of Feathers is looking for a friendly enthusiastic supervisor to join the team, to assist the owner with daily operations in a wet led only pub , this is a great opportunity to join a popular pub , its the smallest pub with the best atmosphere!

The role involves welcoming and serving locals and new customers and building and maintaining good relationships with customers . Opening and closing procedures. Support the owner and cover for all holidays and absences - acting as their number two.

Tasks will include stocking up , stock rotation, train new staff and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area and other areas. Take card and cash payments . Accept deliveries to put stock away .

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is required, good communication skills and customer service and punctuality , the ability to work at a fast pace at times ,to work alongside side staff members and alone , must be available to work flexible hours as includes evenings and weekends alongside daytime shifts .

Pay: From 13.20 per hour
