Responsibilities:
Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth running of the pub.
Lead and motivate the FOH team, ensuring excellent customer service.
Oversee busy food and drink service, ensuring standards are upheld.
Manage tills, and payment terminals, daily reconciliations.
Assist with stock management and ordering.
Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a supervisor or team leader role, ideally within a gastro pub or restaurant setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A passion for hospitality, food, and customer service.
Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure.
Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
