We are proud of our collection of Bistrots and Bistrot Pierre is more than just a chain of restaurants. We also have traditional English pubs adjoining two of our sites; Ilkley & Stratford, serving real ales, many wines by the glass and tasty home cooked food.

Have a passion for delivering high standards? Have strong pub or bar supervisory experience? Enjoy motivating your team to achieve great results?
