Scope and Purpose of the job

Our Public Area cleaners are responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the hotel supporting our room attendants when necessary.

About The Role

Primary duties and responsibilities

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Ensure cleanliness of all public areas and spa changing rooms Carry out lost property procedures Manage customer service issues quickly and effectively Manage master keys in his/her possession Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks, e.g monthly deep cleaning and carpet shampooing Report maintenance issues to Maintenance/Engineering Department Check public areas and toilets taking remedial action where necessary Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation Carry out any other reasonable task set by the hotel's management

Required Criteria

6 months cleaning experience Good communication skills Committed to delivering high levels of customer service Excellent grooming standards Ability to work on own or in teams Must be able to work either morning shifts from 5am-1pm or evenings from 3pm-11pm, on occasion evenings could be 5pm-1am
