Summary

We are seeking a Pub Landlord to join our team at Breviter Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pub, ensuring a high standard of service and food quality while leading a dedicated team. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of pub operations, including staff supervision and customer service. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness. Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service and enhance the customer experience. Oversee food production processes, ensuring quality and consistency in menu offerings. Handle inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels. Develop and implement promotional activities to attract customers and increase sales. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a pub or restaurant setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and customers. Culinary skills or experience in food production is an advantage.
