Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food preparation. Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive team environment. Supervise front-of-house personnel, providing guidance and support as needed. Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations. Develop menus in collaboration with chefs, focusing on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete satisfaction. Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.

Skills

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong culinary skills with a background in food preparation and cooking techniques. Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively. Previous experience in kitchen environments or barista roles is advantageous. A solid understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence.
