Job Summary


We are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team. We are a busy HGV commercial vehicle workshop based in Swinton. This role is essential for managing our purchasing records and ensuring accurate financial documentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and administrative skills, including Sage and Microsoft Office, as well as excellent communication skills.

Duties



Maintain accurate records of purchases and expenses using Sage Provide exceptional supplier relationships by addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly. Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy in filing and maintaining organized records. Support bookkeeping activities, including tracking invoices and payments working closely with our Accounts.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15,500.00-15,600.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 per week
