Due to the ongoing growth and success of our business, Donaghy Bros are in search of an ambitious Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our team!
The successful candidate will be responsible for logging, maintaining and filing invoices and statements.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for composing financial reports and keeping track of business expenses.
The roll will involve liaising with suppliers and ensuring all transactions are processed through the ledgers and associated systems in an accurate and timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills;
-Excellent ICT skills
-Competent in Microsoft Excel
-Excellent organisational & timekeeping skills
-Good with numeracy
-GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent)
This is a temporary position with the possibility of a permanent post.
