Summary
We are looking for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our team at Pure Cold Solutions Ltd. This role is essential for managing our financial records related to purchases and ensuring accurate data entry. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our operational efficiency and financial integrity.
Responsibilities
Process purchase invoices and ensure accurate coding against the correct accounts
Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding any discrepancies or queries.
Support the finance team with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar purchase ledger or accounts role.
Strong knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
