Job Title: Purchase Ledger Assistant



Location: Winnersh Triangle - 3 days a week. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday



Salary: 14,742 (FTE=24,570) per annum



Job Type: Part Time / 4-6-month temporary contract

The Role:

The Purchase Ledger Assistant plays a key part in the smooth running of the financial operations of the four businesses that make up TIEVA. Working alongside the group finance controller and reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, being a strong communicator is key. You'll be part of a team responsible for all;


Procure-to-pay Processing of PO invoices through Kefron and Netsuite Chasing internally/externally for POD's / Signoff's Managing and resolving supplier PO/invoice queries Sales order approvals PO adjustments Rota on inbox monitoring Ad hoc finance tasks

The Candidate:

Keen eye for detail Knowledge of Netsuite System preferred Experience within a finance department Pro-active and problem-solving approach Confident Communicator Quick Learner Team player

Qualifications:

Desirable - AAT
