The role:

Responsible for inputting and processing purchase invoices for multiple Companies Reconcile supplier statements and liaise with suppliers to resolve queries Responsible for preparing payment runs for approval and submitting payments to the Bank Accurately process and maintain supplier invoices, adhering to established controls for approval, verification, payments and month end routines. Monitoring of multiple email boxes and dealing with appropriately Serve as the first point of contact for vendors, addressing invoicing and payment inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Document and update processes as they evolve, ensuring clarity and compliance. Contribute to continuous process improvement and a robust control environment by reviewing and refining workflows.

To be successful in this role, you will:

At least 2+ years experience in Purchase Ledger Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Great Plains preferred but not essential Be a team player with a willingness to learn and develop Have good communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy Be organised with an ability to multitask and to prioritise workloads
