About the Role:


We are looking for a graduate-level

Purchasing Manager

to oversee procurement for our group of licensed late-night venues. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the way our business sources and manages its supplies.

You will be responsible for building supplier relationships, securing the best value on stock and equipment, and ensuring our venues have everything they need to run smoothly.

No previous purchasing or hospitality experience is required

-- we will provide full training for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:



Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships for alcohol, consumables, cleaning supplies, and venue equipment. Monitor stock requirements at venue level and place timely orders with suppliers. Ensure purchasing practices comply with licensing, health & safety, and company standards. Work closely with the managing director to align stock orders with operational needs.

Skills & Qualifications:



A

degree-level qualification

(any discipline). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Organisational ability and attention to detail. Confidence in using IT systems, especially Microsoft Excel and Word. Excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 54,700.00 per year
