Summary

We are seeking a Purchasing Manager to join our dynamic team in the UK. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our procurement processes and ensuring that we maintain a robust supply chain. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with company goals. Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of products. Analyze market trends to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms. Oversee inventory management to optimize stock levels. Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular evaluations. Prepare reports on purchasing activities for senior management.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or similar role in wholesale or retail environments. Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management. Proficiency in Net Suite ERP system. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful supplier agreements. Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in logistics is a plus.
