Our design office is based in Shoreditch, London and our head office and manufacturing hub is based in Wetherby, West Yorkshire.
The factory is the workplace of over 50 skilled craftspeople, incorporating joinery, spray finishing, print, LED & electrics and logistics departments.
The London design office works closely with the factory team to ensure the smooth transition from concept design to specification to production.

Job Summary
To lead and manage the purchasing function within a bespoke and small batch manufacturing environment, ensuring cost-effective procurement of materials, components, and services to meet production and business needs. The Purchasing Manager will develop supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and align purchasing strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement purchasing strategies to support production requirements, cost reduction, and sustainability targets.
Source, evaluate, and select suppliers in line with quality, cost, and delivery expectations.
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service-level agreements with suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance against KPIs (quality, cost, delivery, responsiveness) and drive improvements.
Work closely with Production and Project Management teams to ensure materials availability and specification compliance.
Forecast demand for materials and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
Report on purchasing performance and cost savings to senior management.
