Position Overview: We are seeking an IT Change Manager to join our IT Change Management team in Budapest, Hungary. The IT Change Management team operates under the IT Risk area and is responsible for controlling IT changes and ensuring quality. This role provides a great opportunity to lead and oversee the integration of operations, governance, and risk handling in a professional setting. Among the regulations and standards, we adhere to are ITIL, NIST, SOC, and BMR. The new Change Manager will take on advanced change management tasks, ensuring compliance with local regulations, supporting audits, and aligning with international standards and processes. Additionally, will lead efforts to automate certain processes and establish a self-sufficient development base within the team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform change management tasks and controls based on extensive knowledge of IT Change Management processes, including making high-level approvals.
• Serve as the change management contact point for any questions related to change management.
• Provide guidance and support to team members and assist with complex ad-hoc requests.
• Oversee regular control processes and contribute to their strategic development.
• Review and approve training modules.
• Lead testing of IT change management developments at both process and data levels.
• Develop and oversee the creation of automated solutions, reports, dashboards, and training modules.
• Establish and maintain a development environment to create and maintain proprietary solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and approve pull requests to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Implement compliance and governance solutions to meet all internal and audit requirements.
• Participate in broader change management processes to ensure alignment with overall objectives.

Required Skills and Experiences:

• Strong English language skills, as the tasks will involve collaboration with colleagues of various nationalities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Proven ability to work independently based on given instructions.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Developer / IT Operations roles within international companies, preferably in the Finance, Banking, or Insurance sectors.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and reliability.
• Proficiency in Python development (Note: This is not a full-time developer position).

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

• Advanced studies or degree in Information Technology (IT) are highly preferred.
• Extensive familiarity with JIRA or SNOW tools.
• Significant experience using Power BI.
• Change Management experience
• ITIL exam
