Foodpro is looking for a
QA Supervisor
to join our fast-paced frozen food factory. This is a hands-on role, rotating acrossdayshift and backshift
, where you'll oversee the QA team, support production, and help maintain the highest standards in food safety, hygiene, and product quality.What You'll Do:
Lead and develop a team of QA staff across both shifts Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations Investigate and resolve quality issues quickly and effectively Support audits, traceability exercises, and customer requirements Build strong working relationships with Production, Technical, and other departments Drive a food safety-first culture, always leading by example Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement initiatives
What You'll Need:
Proven QA experience in a frozen food manufacturing environment - essential
Confidence in leading and motivating a team Solid understanding of HACCP, GMP, and BRC standards Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexibly across a rotating shift pattern (days & backs) A proactive, can-do approach and attention to detailIf you're passionate about quality, thrive under pressure, and want to make your mark in a dynamic, food-focused environment - we want to hear from you.
