We are seeking a meticulous and proactive

QA Tester

to join our development team. This role serves as a critical interface between our Developers and User Acceptance Testers (UAT), ensuring the delivery of high-quality, robust applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for both manual and automated testing processes, contributing to the maintenance of our high standards for code quality.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the liaison between Developers and UAT Testers, ensuring smooth handover and communication. Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts (both manual and automated). Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks and tools. Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution. Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing QA insights and status updates. Validate new features and bug fixes within our C# .NET and Angular applications. Ensure software meets performance, scalability, and security requirements. Champion best practices for testing, including regression, performance, and smoke testing. Collaborate closely with developers and business analysts to understand and validate requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

An interest in a QA or software testing role / progression. Strong experience testing applications Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, NUnit, xUnit, Cypress, or similar). Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication skills, especially in translating technical information for non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.

Desirable Skills

Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps) Knowledge of performance testing tools such as DataDog, JMeter, or LoadRunner.
