We are seeking an experienced

QA/QC Manager

with a strong background in

facades and construction

, who takes genuine pride in delivering the highest standards of workmanship.

This is a field-based, UK-wide role, ideally suited to someone who understands quality at a practical level and knows how to identify issues before they become problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing quality assurance and quality control across facade and cladding projects Carrying out site inspections to ensure works are delivered to specification and industry standards Identifying and addressing any defects, non-conformances, or potential issues within cladding and rainscreen installations Producing clear, accurate QA/QC documentation and inspection reports Ensuring compliance with project drawings, specifications, and manufacturer requirements Supporting site teams to maintain high standards of workmanship Liaising with project managers, site managers, clients, and subcontractors Contributing to continuous improvement in quality processes

About You:

Proven experience in a QA/QC or quality-focused role within construction Strong background in facades, cladding, and rainscreen systems (essential) Confident in identifying workmanship issues and installation mishaps Experienced in quality documentation, inspections, and reporting Detail-driven, organised, and methodical Comfortable travelling nationwide as part of a field-based role Strong communication skills with a professional, solutions-focused approach
