What you'll
be doing:
As QC Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of our quality operations--leading a team of dedicated QC Operatives to ensure our furniture products meet the highest standards. You'll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, identifying issues before they become problems, and working closely with production teams to deliver excellence every time.
What we're looking for:
Experience in a quality control or assurance role--ideally within manufacturing or furniture
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
