Responsibilities


Quality Assurance: Implement systems to deliver quality parts to customers on time. Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and resolving quality issues. Risk Management: Develop policies and training to minimize associates injury risks. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company security policies and procedures. Audits: Perform internal and supplier audits to enhance systems and esnure quality. Training: Coordinate and conduct supplier training on quality and HSE systems. Qualifications


Relevant qualification in Engineering or Manufacturing Management, or equivalent work experience. Experience with SAP or similar ERP software. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Confident, self-motivated and driven to succeed. Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Standards (ISO 14001 and 45001). Certified lead auditor or internal auditor for ISO9001, ISO4001, and ISO 45001). NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and/or Environmental Certificate. Experience in industrial plant operations, preferably in a similar industry.
