Shenton Group is on the lookout for a proactive, detail-driven and inspiring QSHE Manager to join our team!
What's the role?
As QSHE Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our commitment to quality, safety, health, and environmental excellence. Based at our Andover HQ, you'll lead the development and implementation of robust QSHE systems and ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry regulations. You'll work closely with teams across the business to embed a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and sustainability.
This is a key leadership role where you'll influence company-wide practices, deliver impactful training, and ensure our operations meet the highest standards of performance and compliance.
Your key responsibilities:
Quality Management:
Develop and maintain ISO-aligned quality systems, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Health & Safety:
Create and enforce safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and manage incident investigations and corrective actions
Environmental Oversight:
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, promote sustainability, and support wellness initiatives
Training & Awareness:
Deliver engaging QSHE training, develop educational materials, and keep policies aligned with evolving regulations
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records, produce detailed reports, and present key insights to senior leadership
Facilities & Systems:
Identify and implement departmental efficiencies and system improvements
What do you need?
Proven experience in a QSHE management role, ideally within generator installation, construction, or power generation
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
NEBOSH certification or equivalent
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
Desirable
:
Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health or related field
Experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar frameworks
