Here at GXO, we're looking for a proactive and experienced

QHSE Manager

to join our

Abercrombie & Fitch

contract based in

Rushden.

You'll lead our site's safety, health, environmental, and quality strategy. You'll be the go-to expert, supporting operational teams and ensuring compliance with legislation, company standards, and our ambitious

Road to Zero

goals.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You'll be working

Monday to Friday

, covering the hours of

09:00 till 17:00.



Pay, benefits and more:



You will receive a salary of up to

45,000

per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:



Lead and embed QHSE strategies across the site Ensure legal compliance and deliver continuous improvement plans Manage audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations Promote a culture of safety and accountability at all levels Support and coach teams on training, policies, and best practices Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive excellence


What you need to succeed at GXO:



NEBOSH General Certificate or NCQ Level3 (minimum) Strong experience in a similar position ideally within a logistics/warehousing environment Strong knowledge of H&S legislation, COSHH, and environmental standards Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills Proven ability to manage compliance, reporting, and change initiatives Membership of a recognised Health & Safety institute
