Ian Mosey (Feed) Ltd

is a family-owned producer of high-quality pig and poultry feed. We're looking for an experienced

QHSE Manager

to take full accountability for health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across our busy feed mill and HGV fleet operations. This is a

hands-on role

with four days onsite and one day working from home, giving you strong visibility and influence across all operational areas while offering some flexible working.

The Role

Lead and maintain all

QHSE management systems

. Drive a

positive safety culture

and ensure legal compliance. Manage a small team of

SHE Advisors

and a

QA Advisor

. Oversee audits, inspections, and continuous improvement actions. Maintain risk assessments, SSOWs, and method statements. Support incident investigations and root-cause analysis.

Lead and control workplace transport, contractor management, HGV fleet safety, utilities, site services, and mill compliance.

Deliver training, toolbox talks, and safety briefings. Liaise with regulators and stakeholders.

About You

NEBOSH Level 6

(or equivalent). Strong QHSE experience, ideally in manufacturing, feed production, or heavy industry. Confident people manager with solid communication skills. Skilled in risk assessment and safe systems of work. Hands-on, practical, and able to work

effectively with operational teams during onsite days.
