Your Role as a Room Lead:



Inspire and Lead:

Guide your team in delivering a child-centered experience that fosters creativity, curiosity, and growth. Provide daily support, mentorship, and foster a collaborative environment.

Design Engaging Activities:

Plan and implement curriculum-based activities that promote all areas of development, reflecting the Kingwood ethos and meeting each child's needs.

Build Strong Partnerships:

Work closely with families, sharing insights and celebrating milestones to create a sense of community and trust.

Ensure High Standards of Care:

Prioritize every child's health, safety, and well-being, maintaining a respectful and inspiring space for both children and staff.

What We're Looking For:



Experienced Leader:

Previous experience leading a team in an early years setting, with a talent for inspiring and supporting others.

Passionate Educator:

A deep understanding of child development and curriculum planning, coupled with enthusiasm for fostering young minds. Experience working with children aged 0-2 years, ideally in a leadership or senior practitioner role

Excellent Communicator:

Ability to connect with children, families, and team members, fostering a warm and trusting environment.

Organized Professional:

Strong organizational skills to manage daily room flow, coordinate curriculum planning, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
