Hours: Monday to Friday

Contract: Full-time

Blue Dental Laboratory is a busy, friendly, and quality-focused dental laboratory seeking qualified Dental Technicians to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled technicians--particularly those with crown & bridge and implant experience--to further develop their careers within a supportive environment.

1. Experienced Dental Ceramist

Full-time | Permanent

We are looking for an experienced ceramist capable of producing high-quality aesthetic work on both implants and natural teeth, from single units to full-arch restorations.

Key Responsibilities:

Ceramic build-ups for crown, bridge, and implant cases Single units through to full-arch implant work Maintaining consistently high aesthetic and technical standards
Requirements:

? GDC registered Dental Technician

? Recognised dental technology qualification (BTEC / Foundation Degree / Degree or equivalent)

? Proven experience in crown and bridge work, particularly implants

? Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail

? Strong time management and teamwork skills

? Knowledge of UK laboratory compliance and infection control standards

2. Experienced CAD/CAM Technician (Exocad)

Full-time | Permanent

We are seeking an experienced CAD/CAM Technician with strong Exocad knowledge to support our digital workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Designing implant cases including: Abutments Bars Full-arch restorations Working closely with the technical team to deliver accurate, high-quality designs
Requirements:

? GDC registered Dental Technician

? Recognised dental technology qualification

? Proven experience using Exocad

? Strong understanding of implant design workflows

? Good organisational and communication skills

? Knowledge of UK compliance and infection control standards

3. Metal Worker / Emax Processor

Full-time | Permanent

We are looking for a Metal Worker / Emax Processor to join our production team. Experience in 3D printing would be an advantage, but we also welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Metal work and Emax processing Supporting crown, bridge, and implant workflows Learning and adapting to new digital processes
Requirements:

? GDC registered Dental Technician

? Recognised dental technology qualification

? Experience in metal work and/or Emax

? 3D printing experience desirable (training available)

? Strong work ethic and positive attitude
