About Us



Speeds Healthcare is a national provider of outsourced pharmacy solutions to hospitals and specialist care facilities throughout the UK. We specialise in mental health and eye services. From our Chester pharmacy we supply hospitals and care facilities across the UK. We link this with a team that remotely visit our sites to support with medicines management on site. Our premises are not open to the general public, which allows us to focus on the dispensing activities.

We are expanding into a much larger new site in Chester, providing great development opportunities for our team.

Summary of Role



You will be responsible for undertaking a broad range of activities, including:

Dispensing private and NHS prescriptions Supporting the pharmacy team improve and develop an accurate and efficient dispensary service Mentor and support less experienced team members on providing an excellent dispensing service.
You need to be able to:

Have existing pharmacy knowledge and good dispensing competence provide outstanding customer service work within a team and independently, using own initiative. be an excellent communicator whilst protecting confidentiality actively seek opportunity to develop self and apply knowledge have attention to detail work to a deadline confidence with computers, especially with Microsoft Office possess minimum 2 years experience post NVQ2 certification.

Working Hours



Flexible shift patterns between the hours of 8am and 7pm Monday to Saturday with 1 in 4 Saturdays to be worked.

Pay: 13.00 per hour
