We are recruiting for a warm, nurturing and well established outstanding nursery. Seeking passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join their growing team. With positions available across our Baby Room (15 children), Rising Twos (20 children), and Rising Threes (22 children), we are looking for individuals who are ready to make a real difference in early childhood education.

Confident and competent key persons with experience of planning and supporting a group of key children
Skilled at planning engaging activities and tracking children's development
Great at building strong partnerships with parents and providing detailed, consistent feedback

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
Plan and Deliver EYFS-Aligned Activities:
Design and implement engaging learning experiences across the seven areas of learning and development, ensuring they are tailored to the developmental stages and interests of each child.
Observe and Assess Children's Progress:
Conduct regular observations to monitor and document each child's development, using this information to plan next steps and share progress with parents and carers.
Foster Positive Relationships:
Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Maintain a Safe and Stimulating Environment:
Ensure that the setting is safe, clean, and conducive to learning, with resources and activities that promote exploration and discovery.
Support Children's Well-being:
Attend to the personal needs of children, including feeding, toileting, and emotional support, in line with safeguarding and welfare requirements.
Collaborate with the Team:
Work closely with other practitioners to share best practices, contribute to team meetings, and support the continuous improvement of the setting.
Working Hours:
Full-time shifts: 40 hours (on a rota basis)
Holiday and Closure Periods: A generous holiday allowance is set across the year plus bank holidays!
