Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced practitioner to join our family-run Outstanding team.

You must hold a recognised qualification at Level 2 or above in Childcare to apply.

Come and join our amazing team, working at one of our three Pre-Schools, all based in Old Woking.

Responsibilities:

Ensure all children are safeguarded and their welfare and safety are promoted. Provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for all children. Create and implement activities that meet the individual needs and interests of the children. Keep records of key children's development and share progress with parents, carers, and relevant professionals. Work as part of a supportive team to provide a high-quality learning environment. Build and maintain strong partnerships with parents to support children's learning and development. Follow nursery policies and procedures to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Participate in out-of-hours activities such as training and staff meetings Support children with additional needs, ensuring they reach their full potential. Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times. Assist with meal and snack preparation, ensuring mealtimes are a pleasant and social experience. Ensure any accidents or incidents are recorded correctly and communicated to parents. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
