SEEKING A DYNAMIC & EXPERIENCED PILATES INSTRUCTOR FOR OUR STUDIO BASINGSTOKE TO JOIN OUR TEAM

The Studio at Physical Balance, is a boutique studio offering a mix of reformer pilates, pilates and yoga classes. Its located within Physical Balance, an award-winning Heath and Wellbeing practice in Basingstoke.

We are seeking additional Pilates instructors to join our friendly and professional team to support our ever-growing clientele base and expanding timetable, specifically Sunday classes.

We offer a range of Pilates classes including small group classes ( maximum 8 clients), and 1:1 sessions, up to 7 days a week.

What you'll do:

Lead fun and dynamic sessions Inspire and motivate our clients Vary your teaching style where necessary Work towards client goals Demonstrate good knowledge and best practice Be able to teach consecutive classes Perform associated admin tasks (checking in clients, answering queries in person) Where possible, identify opportunities to promote The Studio and work with the Marketing Director to produce engaging social content

What you'll bring:

A warm and friendly team player attitude A recognised Pilates qualification and appropriate insurance Minimum 6 months experience Experience working with various levels of ability
