Senior Prctitioner - Pre-school Room

Little Robins are looking for a dynamic and experienced level 3 qualified practitioner to lead the team in our over 3's room. The successful candidate will need to be highly organised with a gift for utilising and nurturing the skills of those in their team and be a caring and responsive keyworker to the children in their care. They will have a firm understanding of the EYFS and demonstrate this clearly in their practice. Working in a small close team, enthusiasm for cohesive working is essential.

You will be expected to have a robust knowledge of nursery working practices, safeguarding, policies and procedures and to promote and cascade those working practices to those in your team.

The role will be based in our Foxes Room (Pre-school).

The position will be ideally 5 days each week but may be able to accommodate over 4 days if desired. Excellent rate of pay, dependent on qualifications and experience.
