Achieve or hold a Diploma Level 3 in Children & Young People Workforce, Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) or equivalent. Have good Safeguarding knowledge and a commitment to safeguarding children and young people. Have a full driving licence. Ability to be flexible in working hours. A commitment to professional development. Be able to work a shift pattern to meet the needs of the service, on a rota basis including sleeps, bank holidays, days and late shifts including weekend working. Support the homes manager and deputy manager in more senior duties as identified within the .

About Us:



Acacia Therapy Homes is currently embarking on a new and exciting journey of opening new Therapeutic Emotional and Behavioural therapeutic children's homes across Staffordshire for children aged 7 to 18. The service will be embedding the ARC-PACE model for therapeutic input. Our senior management team have extensive knowledge and experience in working in Children's Residential services, as well as working with vulnerable children, young people and their families.
