Your mission: turn real-world voices into strategic insights




You will lead

end-to-end international qualitative studies

: from methodology design to client presentation. As a true project conductor, you will coordinate internal teams, partners, moderators, and clients.

What you will do:



Organize kick-off meetings and draft core documents (screeners, guides, briefs) Oversee fieldwork, recruitment, pilot interviews, and moderate some interviews (France) Ensure smooth project delivery and serve as the main point of contact for the client Manage pharmacovigilance and materiovigilance processes in accordance with AplusA standards Analyze verbatims, validate analysis frameworks, brief external writers Produce clear, structured, strategic insight-driven reports Lead client relationships: guide, advise, and communicate proactively Train junior researchers, share best practices, and contribute to improving internal tools

The profile we're looking for:



? Experience:



First successful experience in qualitative research or healthcare-related projects Comfortable managing multiple projects at once, with strong prioritization and strategic oversight Mastery of interview techniques, project coordination tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint...)
