About You
We would love to hear from you if you are organised, detail-focused and ready to contribute to a meaningful mission. Ideally, you will bring:
Admin experience, ideally in education or training environments
Strong IT and data-handling skills (spreadsheets, databases, online platforms)
Clear communicator with a proactive, team-oriented approach
Level 3 Business Admin and Level 2 English/Maths qualifications (desirable)
Multitasker and able to manage workload
About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Administrator to join our small, friendly team. If you are organised, detail-focused and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be a great fit. Key responsibilities include:
Provide administrative support across audits, reporting and the quality cycle
Coordinate exams and manage the Education awarding body requirements
Maintain accurate learner records, registrations and results
Support internal reviews, external quality visits and data entry
Handling financial admin, including purchase orders and invoices

All staff have a responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people, and/or vulnerable adults for whom you are responsible and with whom you come into contact.
