Bramah Recruitment are recruiting for a Quality and Compliance Manager to join a fantastic organisation based close to Eastleigh in Hampshire. This is an on-site permanent position and is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing business at a pivotal time of their expansion in the UK.

The Quality and Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing policies and programs that ensure their site remains compliant with all applicable industry laws, regulations, accreditation standards. This role safeguards the sites operational integrity and promotes a strong culture of ethics, risk mitigation, and client safety.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the sites compliance program. Monitor and ensure compliance with UK regulations, as well as industry body regulations and inspection requirements. Conduct regular internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews; track, report, and remediate findings related to industry body domains. Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and accreditation bodies. Maintain a robust policy management system and ensure staff awareness and training on compliance-related policies and procedures, including those applicable to industry body requirements. Investigate and document compliance concerns or incidents; collaborate with leadership to implement corrective action plans with industry body expectations in mind. Coordinate and oversee site licensing, accreditation, certification, and industry body registration requirements. Develop and deliver education programs to promote a proactive compliance culture across all departments, with emphasis on meeting industry body quality and safety standards. Analyse trends in regulatory changes--including those from the industry body--and advise leadership on necessary actions or process improvements. Prepare and present compliance reports to executives and the compliance committee, highlighting industry body-related performance metrics and inspection readiness.
